For an eligible order, sign in to your customer account with the email address used for your purchase. Open the order and submit a return or cancellation request. You may also send us an unequivocal withdrawal notice by email; no account is required to exercise your statutory right.

For eligible, timely withdrawals, we arrange complimentary insured and tracked return shipping. Opening the packaging to inspect the item is permitted. Please return the jewellery unworn and protected. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
